The first trailer has finally been released, and it's giving mixed vibes. The film, a live-action adaptation of the popular sandbox, features a mix of actual humans and slightly realistic CG takes on Minecraft. Notable members of the cast include Jason Momoa, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, Sebastian Eugene Hansen, and as Steve. Check out the teaser trailer below, set to the tune of The Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour. reads as follows: Overall, the movie appears to be a silly, family-friendly adventure with plenty of jokes, large-scale battles, and of course, references to the game.  It's directed by Jared Hess (Napolean Dynamite) and a team consisting of Enrique Chediak, Grant Major, James Thomas, Dan Lemmon, and Amanda Neala.  The Minecraft Movie is expected to be released internationally on and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures worldwide.
