Sony's new compact 24-50mm F2.8 lens is the ideal travelling companion for your full-frame Alpha camera

Sony has just launched a compact standard zoom lens called the FE 24-50mm F2.8 G or SEL2450G that looks like it could be the perfect travelling companion for your full-frame Alpha camera. There are a couple of things that make this such an ideal lens for travel.  . This keeps your camera setup small and light. It also covers a range of popular focal lengths, making it suitable for landscape, street, and portrait photography. Sony claims this lens is fast enough to keep up with the 120fps shooting of . The minimum focusing distance at the wide and telescopic ends are 19cm and 30cm respectively.
