Sony seemingly revealed the PlayStation 5 Pro while celebrating the console's 30th anniversary

It looks like Sony may have accidentally spilled the beans on the long-rumoured PS5 Pro while celebrating . A seemingly innocent (or was it?) celebrating the milestone has us buzzing over a curious design in a montage image that appears suspiciously similar to the leaked PS5 Pro design that first surfaced a little while ago on the French website, . The folks at Dealabs even sketched out a design featuring three black stripes right down the middle of the console's outer casing. And lo and behold, the same triple-stripe design shows up in Sony’s celebratory montage, looking a bit like an homage to Adidas ( ). For context, the existing PS5 model, also featured in the montage, sports a single stripe, so the comparison is hard to miss. We've been hearing about the PS5 Pro for a while now, with for this powered-up version of the console. According to an article by , all PS5 games releasing from 16 September onwards will need to be optimised for the PS5 Pro. This suggests that an official reveal might be just around the corner. So, was this a clever bit of stealth marketing by Sony, or did they genuinely let something slip in their anniversary celebration? Well, whatever the case, it seems like the PS5 Pro cat is well and truly out of the bag.
