(SP) and have announced a joint initiative on 8 April 2024, providing students with access to 5G training and certification programmes. As a part of the   by Qualcomm Academy, this initiative will allow SP students to enrol in free 5G courses and earn certifications upon completion.  The skills and knowledge provide a foundation in a 5G landscape. The joint initiative also hopes to address the growing demand for professionals with expertise in 5G technology, where 5G skills are needed in various industries like telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing. The initiative offers SP students the following opportunities: , which includes the two beginner courses offered to SP students, has reached over 11,000 students worldwide since its launch in 2021.
