However, users will have to manually input these items' expiration dates.  Thanks to AI and via , the fridge can also offer up recipe suggestions for meals based on which items are expiring soon and need to be used, making it super easy to whip up a dish to use up older produce. The Samsung Food app can now connect with the Samsung Health app, using the health information there to customise and suggest healthy, appropriate recipes.
