Opened by the folks behind Boeuf Steakhouse, the restaurant offers duck meat done in “no less than 10 ways”, like roasted, braised, salted, fried, spiced or cooked in soup. 2 8 The irony of opening a ‘duck shop’ in Geylang is not lost on Ducking Good’s young chef-owner Carlos Gan, 26, who reckons that his restaurant serves comfort food catering to the same crowd that flock to Geylang for frog porridge or Hokkien mee.
