Queic: Popular Cheesecake Cafe To Open New Outlet At Scotts Square

Queic by Olivia is a popular dessert cafe with a wide range of cheesecake flavours, and they are opening a new outlet at Scotts Square soon!…

Throwback to 2021, when the popular Olivia Restaurant & Lounge opened their first cheesecake cafe named Queic by Olivia in Outram. If you’ve tried and loved their offerings, good news for you: Queic will be opening another outlet at Scotts Square sometime in September 2024. Of course, cheesecakes take the spotlight here with various flavours to choose from. There’s the classic Olivia’s Signature Cheesecake, with prices ranging from $15 for four inches to $115 for 11 inches. There’s also the Basque Burnt Cheesecake (from $10), which gives you a lovely caramelised exterior with a velvety smooth, custard-like texture within. This is one of their crowd favourites, so we urge you to give it a try. Besides the classics, Queic offers flavoured cheesecakes with the likes of Apple, Chocolate Coulant, and Salted Toffee. Each slice is priced at $10 across all the different flavours! While these three flavours are typically available online, they may not be ready for sale in stores, so we encourage you to drop them a message on their Instagram account to confirm before heading down. If you want something more interesting, head online to order their Truffle Brie Cheesecake ($38), which can easily feed about two or three people. This unusually long cheesecake is made with brie, mascarpone, truffles, and finished with an almond glaze—it’s a must-try if sweet-savoury desserts are your thing. While we don’t have much information about the new store yet, we know their Scotts Square outlet will officially open its doors in September.
