This new colour is a deep black with a soft brushed effect, which I thought gives the Watch Ultra 2 a sleeker and more sophisticated vibe than the original – especially when paired with the all-new  in the same colour. It’s a subtle update, no doubt. But I think it might just be the nudge some folks need to consider Apple’s top-tier smartwatch. But there is a little silver lining for existing Apple Ultra Watch 2 owners. Even if Apple did not announce a new Ultra watch, which was unexpected, the Ultra 2 is already a powerful smartwatch as it is and still packed with features that are not found on the Series 10. Perhaps the new satin black titanium colour is exactly what some might have been waiting for to take the plunge into the premium Apple Watch experience.
