LG updates its ultra-lightweight Gram notebooks with Intel's new Core Ultra chips

Like clockwork, LG is updating its Gram notebooks ahead of CES 2024. This time with . These notebooks will also be getting fast PCIe 4.0 SSDs and . To improve performance, the gram Pro models are getting a new dual cooling system.  As for the displays, both models will come with WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) LCD displays. The 16-inch gram Pro will also be available with a higher resolution WQXGA+ (2,880 x 1,800 pixels) OLED display. All LG gram Pro models will feature USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports ( ), USB Type-A ports, and HDMI ports. The standard gram lineup will consist of four models: . Like its predecessors, these notebooks are very light. The gram 14 is 1.1kg, while the largest gram 17 maxes out at just 1.4kg. Like the gram Pro notebooks, these notebooks will be powered by Intel's new Core Ultra processors. The main difference is that .
