Anglo-Chinese School (International) The June 2024 Jurong East BTO has 1,070 units in two-room, three-room, four-room, and five-room units, plus Westies who scored this project have an MRT station at their doorstep! While it can be slightly tricky to go there now, in the near future, the Pandan Reservoir MRT station (JE7 of Jurong Regional Line) at Teban Gardens Road is just a 2-minute walk from the BTO site. Commonwealth Secondary School The June 2024 Woodlands BTO is the second biggest project on this list, with over 1,500 units in these options: 2-room, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room, and 3-Gen. Bounded by Marsiling Lane, Marsiling Drive and Admiralty Road, this BTO site is not near any MRT stations. However, the amenities surrounding the project, including Marsiling Market, Marsiling Lane Food Centre, and Sheng Siong supermarket, are within walking distance, so you won’t have to fret about groceries and daily essentials. One of the smaller BTO projects on the June 2024 list, this BTO site will have 550 units available, consisting of 2-room Flexi, 4-room, and 5-room flats. The BTO location is estimated to be from the Tampines West MRT station (DT31), is right next to SAFRA Tampines, and a 10-minute walking distance from the Tampines Round Market & Food Centre. When it comes to facilities, there is a great variety with gyms, petrol stations and upcoming health and medical centre and civic and community institutions nearby. Yishun, Canberra, and Woodlands are rapidly developing estates, and if you would like to be surrounded by greenery, this is probably the BTO project for you. The June 2024 Yishun BTO has 1,240 units available in 2-room, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flat types and is located near a couple of facilities. That said, facilities nearby will push you to reach for a healthier lifestyle.
