has announced the Huawei Band 9 fitness tracker, bringing about sleep and sports tracking in a tiny, lightweight band that melds seamlessly into your everyday living. The  features a 1.47-inch AMOLED panel with a 65% screen-to-body ratio. It is paired with a fluoroelastomer strap in five different flavours: Starry Black, White, Lemon Yellow, Charm Pink, and Blue. The display panel offers more than 10,000 watch faces, adding more personalisation to a simple wellness tracking band. New to TruSleep 4.0 is Sleep Breathing Awareness, which detects breathing interruptions (a sign of sleep apnea). The sleep-tracking tech also offers sleep analysis and personalised suggestions for improving sleep quality (through the Huawei Health app). Also on the Huawei Band 9 is , its heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring technology with improved monitoring accuracy for its blood oxygen tracking. The band uses a new hardware (a better optical detection module) and improved software (multi-channel fusion algorithm) to achieve this. Heart rate monitoring received even more machine learning samples for its machine training, helping to improve its algorithm in accurate detection across a wider range of scenarios. Finally, it also has , which supports more than 100 workout modes with an improved Activity Rings 2.0 gamified goals tracker.
