Guess how long Mac users are holding on to their devices

The average lifecycle of Macs is following a similar trend seen in smartphones and tablets: it is increasing. The latest data from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) shows in customers holding onto their Macs for In fact, the percentage increased from 40% in 2020 to 56% in 2023.  Likewise, the percentage of users in the other lifecycle lengths declined over the past three years.
