Every resident deserves to move into a home that meets the highest standards of construction and functionality. A comprehensive review of the construction and development processes should be undertaken to identify where improvements can be made to prevent such issues in the future. This should include an evaluation of how compressed timelines can affect the quality of work. Any government agency that wants to deploy new technology or methodology should test it in a mock-up for six months first.
