There are always two sides to a story and we need to hear both sides before we can say who is right and who is wrong. ( Dec 18.) There are troublemakers who go to a hospital and become aggressive when they cannot get their way. They should be dealt with severely. However, some understanding should be afforded to patients who genuinely feel they require immediate attention. Hospitals should have healthcare ambassadors in the waiting area to help people who need assistance. Waiting patients would then not have to bother healthcare workers unnecessarily with their inquiries.
