Popular Korean fried chicken chain Daily Beer has launched a new concept called Daily Chicken, a Korean street food restaurant at Bugis Junction that offers outlet-exclusive snacks, alongside Daily Beer’s signature fried chicken and more. Daily Beer: Popular Korean Fried Chicken And Craft Beer Chain Opens In SG For the uninitiated, Daily Beer is a popular fried chicken chain with over 370 stores in Korea. They recently set up their first Singapore restaurant in Telok Ayer this April. Over at the new Bugis restaurant, you can expect the chain’s famous fried chicken, including the Daily Chicken Original, priced at $17++ for half a chicken, $32++ for whole, and $26++ for 600g of wings. Featuring Daily Beer’s secret recipe, made with a proprietary batter and flour blend, these fried chicken pieces are said to be crispy and crunchy on the outside, with uber-tender and juicy meat within. You can look forward to three other flavours too, each priced at $18++ for half, $34++ for whole, or $28++ for 600g of wings. 16 Korean Fried Chicken In Singapore, Including Hawker And Halal Options Choose from the Red, where the Original chicken is doused in a spicy red sauce and topped with roasted sesame seeds, Black that’s coated in a stick-sweet garlic-aged soy sauce, and Crunch: fried chicken in a sweet and spicy cornflake-garlic seasoning. You’ll also find Daily Beer’s famous Cheese Balls ($7++ for three) here, with the same ooey-gooey mozzarella filling. There’s the Daily Chicken Gangjeong ($25++), which combines boneless fried chicken and chewy rice cakes in your choice of potato wedges, sweet potatoes, or pop dumplings, tossed in a sweet-sticky Red or Black sauce. Pair your chicken with a side of noodles, priced at $8++ per serving, with options such as Daily Cold Bibimmyeon and Daily Spicy Onmyeon (a traditional noodle dish with beef broth).
