Following , Treyarch, Raven Software and other developers have just announced the latest entry to the Black Ops series, . Announced right after the event during the Black Ops 6 Direct event, Activision has given fans a sneak peek of the latest iteration in the Black Ops series. Check out the trailer down below  Set in the early 1990s against the backdrop of the end of the Cold War, the Black Ops 6 campaign looks to have players uncover a massive government conspiracy. The campaign, developed by Raven Software looks to take players around the globe to harsh environments like the Russian tundra, Middle Eastern deserts, and Southern Europe. Iconic characters like Frank Woods and Russell Adler return, joined by new allies Troy Marshall and Jane Harrow, fighting together with 1990-s-themed equipment. Spearheading Multiplayer is Treyarch, and the game will feature split between standard 6v6 modes and a smaller scale 2v2 or 6v6 Strike maps. The game will have features such as a Theater mode for watching replays and a prestige progressions system. Black Ops 6 will also see brand introduced to the game. A new  “Omnimovement” system will allow for unrestricted movement - sprinting, diving, sliding in any direction, and even rotating 360 degrees while prone. Furthermore, the game has also introduced mechanics such as Intelligent Movement to help reduce the amount of inputs a player has to make to reach their destination. Developers of the game have also increased the number of hit zone regions from four to nine. is also making a return in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6. The round-based mode will see two maps at launch - Liberty Falls and Terminus. There, players will fight hordes of zombies with powerful weapons and upgrades, and uncover secrets around the map. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to launch  for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC and will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.
