Acer is bringing back glasses-free 3D with new SpatialLabs-branded monitor and notebook

Well, that wow factor is possible with newly announced gaming monitor that lets you game in 3D without needing any specialised glasses. With and a , the monitor uses SpatialLabs software to develop individual 3D profiles with existing depth information from games. Acer claims the 3D Ultra mode has "greater depth and geometry in every scene" and offers a wider collection of 3D configurations to let gamers customise the effect to their liking. The panel is capable of switching between 2D and 3D, so you'll have the best of both worlds. It has a max brightness of 400 nits, a Delta E under 2, and a snappy 160Hz refresh rate. It also offers NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync to avoid screen tearing. But what's a 3D experience without sound? The Predator SpatialLabs View 27 has that use AI-driven beamforming transmissions and head-tracking to make it feel like the user is wearing surround-sound headphones.
