Look forward to a menu of wood-fire grill cuisine and other delicious bites, from their house-made Wood-Fired Mid Wings ($12++) to their signature Fireside Beef Sliders ($15++), dressed in a secret sauce. A broad range of wines, spirits, and cocktails are also available to order from their stunning horseshoe-shaped long bar. Prices start at $18++ for their Lady In Red, a mix of Hendrick’s Gin with sweet sour cherries, fresh raspberries, and a hint of zesty lemon. The local seafood connoisseurs are renowned for their fresh, directly imported seafood with Western, Asian, and Japanese influences across the board, and their awe-inspiring seafood towers. Their GFM Signature Cold Seafood Platter ($349.95++) is a must if you’re looking to treat yourself with four to six of your besties, as it comes with a whopping three tiers of seafood. Highlights here include a whole Boston lobster, sweet snow crab legs, briny oysters, mussels, langoustines and more. Instead, dig into brunch platters and excellent coffee at Common Man Coffee Roasters’ Quayside Isle @ Sentosa Cove cafe. If you love a sweet brunch, then their Salted Caramel Pancakes ($25++) are sure to please—think stacks of fluffy pancakes topped with caramelised bananas, walnuts, a salted caramel sauce, a nutty crumble, berry coulis and more. Team savoury breakfast, you’ll enjoy the Common Man Full Breakfast ($30++), a generously portioned, hearty platter filled with the works. There are two eggs served in your style of choice, sourdough toast, bacon, hashbrowns, chorizo baked beans, portobello mushrooms, and so many more goodies, you’ll have to pop your top button off your jeans when you’re done. Don’t skip their specialty coffees either, made with beans, sourced and roasted by the Common Man Coffee Roaster roastery team in Singapore. The rice is fried with a range of seafood, as well as watermelon flesh, and topped with pork floss. We’re huge fans of the Gai Satay ($14.80++), where chargrilled, crispy-skinned chicken satay is served with a fragrant peanut curry sauce. Round off your meal with the all-time classic Mango Sticky Rice ($10.80++), where uber-sweet mango is served with black glutinous rice.
